Workout of the week

All you need for this work out is yourself and 15-20 yards of green grass.

Start with a simple warm up consisting of some jumping jacks and a couple jogs back and forth using the 15-20 yards.

The first exercise is a body squat, preform this 5-10 times and then run the 15-20 yards.

Next do 5-10 push up, when finished run back to where you started .

Third do walking lunges back to where you did the push ups, and then run back.

Lastly do 5-10 more push ups and run the 15-20 yards.

This is one round, do 2-5 rounds depending on endurance and ability levels.
