Becky and Kaitlyn Troyer pose for the camera after Kaitlyn had snagged a .57 pound cutthroat out of the heavily stocked Roosevelt Park pond. Fish and Wildlife had stocked the pond with 120 brood stock trout, 500 cutthroat and 1,200 rainbow trout. Kids and parents weren’t the only ones to hunt for fish, as an opportunistic osprey soared above, looking for the glint of a trout’s scales.
