Former Western Montana basketball player, Gus McDonald, of St. Ignatius, competes in the bull riding competition at the Blue Moon Summer Series rodeo in Columbia Falls on Thursday, June 14. McDonald says it feels awesome to go from basketball to bull riding.

Evergreen junior high school principal, Kim Anderson, falls into a dunk tank after eighth grader Rosie Tozer hits the bulls-eye on Friday, May 25. Anderson awarded any student who showed accurate growth in math, or any other subject, a chance at dunking her, giving Evergreen students 451 attempts.
