TRINIDAD - The summer schedule of food, wine and song at White Heron Cellars kicks off on July 14 with delta blues, a taste of Spain and wine.

Muddy Sons, a duo of electric slide guitar, vocals, and drums with a blend of Chicago meets the delta blues and original song writing. 

Chef Amillee Olsen will cook up a Spanish Paella.

Next up, on Saturday, July 28, will be Superfekta, a rock band out of Marysville which has played for audiences throughout the Puget Sound region since 1999. Superfekta's original solid rock will make White Heron a mini Sasquatch Festival for the night.

Ivy Wild will provide food that evening.

The popular Bread, Cheese & Cured Meat Festival will be celebrated on Saturday, August 18. It will bring together Vinman's Bakery from Ellensburg, Alpine Lakes Cheese from Leavenworth, and Glondo's Sausage Company from Cle Elum. 

Open Country Joy will come down from Ellensburg with its funk/rock compositions.

Another event that is growing, Tomatofare, will return a week later on Saturday, August 25. It is a a celebration of all things heirloom tomatoes. Music is yet to be decided.

In celebration of Farmer Consumer Awareness Day in Quincy on Friday, September 7, White Heron will bring together chefs Richard Kitos, David Toal, and Amilee Olsen. They will collect every food stuff you can find locally and have at it in a cooking local extravaganza.

Junkbelly will bring its soulful funky blues.

The 7th annual Shellfish Festival will take place on Saturday, October 6, with three types of oysters, mussels, clams, sausage, and a chef. 

Oysters raw on the half shell, shucked to order. And/or any other way you want your oysters. 

Patrick Foster and the Locomotive will play their progressive rock throughout the afternoon.
