Soles receives Edward Jones Field Trainer Award
Edward Jones financial adviser Eric Soles of Coeur d'Alene recently received the firm's exclusive Field Trainer Award for his efforts in voluntarily training new financial advisers.
Only 1,121 financial advisers out of the firm's more than 12,000 received the Field Trainer Award.
"Soles is an outstanding member of the Edward Jones team," said Jim Weddle, Edward Jones' managing partner. "We couldn't grow at the rate we've achieved if we didn't have people like Soles who remember what it was like to start out, and who give unselfishly so others can realize the success he has enjoyed."
Also, Soles and branch office administrator Julie Bailey in Coeur d'Alene recently were ranked within the top 25 percent of the country for excellence in client service at Edward Jones.
The honored was based on the results of a survey in which random clients were asked to rank the service they received from the staffs of their local Edward Jones branch offices. The survey identified Soles and Bailey as providing some of the most exemplary client service within the firm.
"We are particularly honored by this award as it is one bestowed upon us by our clients," Soles said.
