This weeks workout is station training, for this workout set up four stations about 15-20 yards apart and do the following sets. 

Upper Body Stations

Station 1, 30 Jumping Jacks run to...

Station 2, 30 Seconds of Lateral Shoulder Raises run to...

Station 3, 30 Seconds of Bicep Curls run to...

Station 4, 15 Tricep Extensions run through station one.

Thats one round, do 2-3 rounds depending on your ability or endurance level. 

Lower Body Stations

Station 1, 30 Jumping Jacks run to...

Station 2, 15 Body Squats run to...

Station 3, 30 Seconds of Bounds or Bunny Hops...

Station 4, 30 Seconds of Lunges, run through station one.

Thats one round, do 2-3 rounds depending on your ability or endurance level. 

Ab Stations

Station 1, 30 Jumping Jacks run to...

Station 2, 15 Ab Crunches run to...

Station 3, 30 Second planks run to...

Station 4, 30 Leg Extensions, run through station one.

Thats one round, do 2-3 rounds depending on your ability or endurance level.
