Prosecutor: Johnson can't run for sheriff

Kootenai County Prosecutor Barry McHugh says sheriff hopeful Adam Johnson's probation status on a felony charge makes him ineligible to file a declaration of candidacy.
McHugh sent the opinion Wednesday to Kootenai County Clerk Cliff Hayes.
