Nathaniel Mycroft of Kalispell makes his way down the course in the novice class of the Giant Slalom event on Monday morning at Big Mountain. Mycroft was one of 284 athletes to compete in the Special Olympics Montana State Winter Games. Two competitors will advance to the 2013 World Winter Games in Pyeong Chang, South Korea.
