Francisco C. "Frank" & "Pancho" Rodriguez, 69, long time resident of Moses Lake, went to be with the Lord Wednesday afternoon, February 29, 2012 in Richland, WA with his loving wife and daughter by his side. Holy Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 6th at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church immediately followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., Father Tomas Vidal, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Guarding Angels Cemetery, 2595 Road L N.E., Moses Lake. The fifth of seven boys, Pancho was born on October 4, 1942 to Octiviana Castillo and Feliberto Rodriguez Sr. in Pearsall, Texas where he was raised with his brothers along with four sisters. In 1958, at the age of 16, Pancho made the trek from Pearsall to Moses Lake, Washington for the opportunity of more work in the area's rich farmland. Pancho married Lucy on December 16, 1960 and they just celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary last December. He worked for 16 years for Don Hara farms. He continued to work in farming until 1990 when he was diagnosed with parkinsons disease. Pancho enjoyed listening to his Tejano music. He loved spending time with his family, especially his brothers and sisters.
Pancho is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Lucinda "Lucy" Rodriguez; daughter Deborah Rodriguez; brothers Martin (Josefa) Rodriguez, Pablo (Ramona) Rodriguez, and Carlos (Juanita) Rodriguez; sisters Paula Garcia, Felipa (Domingo) Rocha, and Juanita Vasquez; and many nieces and nephews.
Pancho was preceded in death by his parents, Feliberto Rodriguez, Sr. and Octiviana Rodriguez, sister Alexandra Rodriguez and his brothers Cleofas Rodriguez, Juanito Rodriguez, and Feliberto Rodriguez, Jr.
