Kenneth A. VanHoose 2 months, of Libby

Kenneth Alexander VanHoose, 2 months, passed away peacefully at his home in Libby Feb. 28, 2012, of natural causes.

He was born on Dec. 11, 2011, at Libby, the son of Chris VanHoose and Amber Jones.

Kenny brought a lot of joy and happiness to us all in his short time on earth. He sure could melt a heart with just one smile or one of his signature scowls.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfathers Kenneth Jones and Elmer Wilkes, great uncle “Sandy” Mackenzie and paternal great-grandparents Pete and Louella VanHoose, and Philip Peterson.

Survivors include his parents Chris and Amber, big brothers Jordan and Aidan, all of Libby; maternal grandparents Debbie Wilkes and Mark Cohenour, Libby; Wayne and Natalie Jones, of California; paternal grandparents Marla and Gary VanHoose, Libby; great-grandparents Mary and Leo LaBelle, Libby; Betty Jones, California; Rose Peterson, Idaho; great-aunt Vicki Jones, California; Uncle Kenny and Aunt Megan, California; Aunt Jennifer VanHoose, Billings, Mont.; Aunt Ashley VanHoose, Idaho; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.

We wait for the day we can be with him again, until then “Have peace in Heaven little man, we love you always.”

Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 5, 2012, at Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby.

Services were 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at the funeral home in Libby.
