Detail of the Virtuoso Violin painted by Karen Leigh. Leigh said she drew her inspiration for the violin from listening to Ravel's Daphnis and Chloe on NPR. She said the music had her thinking of other star-crossed lovers which eventually lead her to paint a rendition of famous painting The Kiss by Gustav Klimt.
