They were chosen as standouts among the 149 entries in this year's ESD 105 Regional High School Art Show at Yakima. They were juried by Dr. Shari Stoddard of the Central Washington University art faculty.
Regional award winners from Wahluke are:
Jonathan Abarca is a 12th grader at Wahluke High School. He entered a graphite drawing titled "Identifying Me."
Abarca was also a regional award winner as a 10th grade student during the 2010 Regional High School Art Show.
