Whitefish voters approve $14 million bond issue

Whitefish voters gave a resounding yes to a $14 million school bond issue Thursday.

According to results from the Whitefish School District, 3,165 people voted in favor of the bond issue, which will renovate Whitefish High School. That was 65.12 percent in support of the issue.

About 34.88 percent, or 1,695 people, voted against the bond issue.
