DESERT AIRE - The Desert Aire Ladies Club will have its kick-off scramble on April 9 with a 9 a.m. start.
Play will be followed by a soup and salad lunch. Non-players are invited to the lunch.
President Judy Martin noted the course was re-rated downward by the Washington State Golf Association.
"This means most of us will have a 1-2 stroke lower handicap when we start out," she said.
Starting on April 12, ladies day play will start at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays.
