Safer public goal of town hall

GEORGE - Creating a safer community will be the focus of a town hall meeting here on April 19 organized by the Grant County Sheriff's office.
The open discussion between citizens and sheriff's office staff will be held at the George Community Hall between 7-9 p.m. There will be other town halls throughout the county.
"All citizens are encouraged to attend and learn how to get involved in a partnership with the sheriff's office working toward safer communities in which to raise their families," Sheriff Tom Jones said.
