Belinger also added 11 rebounds to complete the double double in the win, while Pope, her Viking teammate Rachel Hoyt and Hot Springs’ Alyssa Foster added nine.
Two Eagle’s Nina Orozco led the B team with 11 points, displaying dazzling behind-the-back and ankle-breaking moves to free herself up. Ronan’s Raymi Clairmont and Charlo’s Deondra Brown both scored six points, while Arlee’s Alexis Shick led her team with seven boards.
Team A led 16-0 out of the gates and maintained a comfortable lead throughout thanks in part to Pope, Belinger and Mission’s Stephanie Lewandowski, who combined for 22 points and 20 rebounds in the first half.
