College planning day at Big Bend

MOSES LAKE - High school students can gather information from 15 colleges and universities at Big Bend Community College.

Big Bend hosts a college planning day from 9:30 a.m. to noon March 27. Students can attend four 30-minute presentations including one on applying for financial aid. The presentations are held in separate locations in the ATEC and Liberal Arts and Business Building (building 1600).

Participating schools include: Big Bend Community College, Central Washington University, Community Colleges of Spokane, Cornish College of the Arts, Eastern Washington University, Gonzaga University, Pacific Lutheran University, Seattle Pacific University, the technical programs in Washington's community and technical colleges, The Evergreen State College, University of Washington, University of Washington Bothell, University of Washington Tacoma, Washington State University, and Western Washington University.

The event is sponsored by the Washington Council for High School-College Relations and Big Bend. For information, call Big Bend at 509-793-2035.
