Mildred R. Mishler

Mildred R. Mishler was born in Gage, Oklahoma, October 10, 1927. She passed away March 23, 2012 at the age of 84.
Mildred and her husband Emmett, of 64 years, lived an adventurous life. They explored the world together and cherished each and every day that they shared. She retired from Green River Community College, Auburn, Washington, in 1988 as their accounts payable clerk. They were snowbirds from 1989 until 2004. They built a home and settled in Plainview, Texas where they resided from 2000 until 2007. At which time they moved to Moses Lake, Washington.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper and Agnes Jennings, and her daughter Linda. She is survived by her husband Emmett, daughter Cheryl and her husband Odin (Dave) Rondestvedt of Moses Lake. Three grandchildren Trina, Sean and his wife Karah, Renton, Washington. Two brothers, Richard Jennings with wife Margaret, Arnett, Oklahoma, Robert Jennings with wife Glenda, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Brother-in-law Willis Mishler with wife Natalie, Sedalia, Missouri, sister-in-law, Joy Boyd, Las Vegas, Nevada. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Mildred was a beautiful, optimistic and loving person. She dedicated her life to her family, friends and faith. She will be deeply missed by all those who had the great privilege of knowing her.
Mildred will be laid to rest in Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, Washington on Thursday, March 29th at 1:15pm. In lieu of flowers, Mildred believed strongly in the healing hands of The Children's Shriners Hospital, P.O. Box 2472, Spokane, WA 99210 and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.0.Box 4527, New York, NY 10163 or call (800) 344-4867. She would appreciate any donations to their cause.
Special thanks to the staff of Coventry House, in Othello, Washington and the staff at Othello Hospital for the special care and compassion they showed Mildred and her family during this difficult time.
