Joel Pearl is excited. The humble Realtor has the uncommon distinction of being chosen three years in a row as Best Residential Realtor in North Idaho. He also has a reason to be proud of his employer; another  Realtor with Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty was also selected “Best Commercial Realtor,” and Windermere’s Coeur d’Alene office was selected “Best Real Estate Office.” That says a lot for the whole team at Windermere.

“We share a common goal which is to take care of our clients to the highest level first and foremost. It is a complete group effort,” said Pearl, who has been in the real estate business for eight years. “We all enjoy what we do and it shows.”
