FLATHEAD LAKE — The West Shore State Park boat launch, located six miles south of Lakeside on Flathead Lake, will be closed from April 2 through April 13 for repairs.

According to Region One State Parks Manager Dave Landstrom, the project must be completed during low water.

“We never like to close this important access point on Flathead Lake, but we have to complete these important repairs during the brief low pool window in early April.”

The remainder of the park will remain open during this project. For more information you may call the Region One Montana State Parks Office in Kalispell at 406-751-4574.
