The parents of Ariana Lee Benke-Smith and Gary Wood, Jr., announce the engagement of their children.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Clayton and Kim Benke-Smith of Tioga, N.D., formerly of Libby.  Ariana is employed by LoenBro Oil, Tioga, N.D.  Ariana is a 2009 graduate of Libby Senior High School, Libby.

The groom-to-be is the son of Gary and Kathy Wood of Libby.  Gary is employed by Static Oil, Tioga, N.D.  Gary is a 2003 graduate of Libby Senior High School, Libby.

The couple is planning an October 2012 wedding in Libby.
