If you want a forward thinking, action oriented Commissioner with good business sense, vote for Vic Holmes for Kootenai County District 3.

He is presently serving his 5th year as Mayor of Rathdrum. Under his direction, the city has become financially solid enjoying debt free status. Rathdrum is moving ahead with a new Highway 41/53 bridge overpass, cemetery improvements and a new 13-acre community park, three new schools and a new Northern Lakes Fire District station.

He was chosen 2011 Citizen of the Year by the Rathdrum Chamber of Commerce stating: “Monumental tasks do not intimidate Vic. Our community is the benefactor of his tireless commitment to making a difference.” He was also a moving force and major contributor in the planning and construction of the Rathdrum Skate Park at ZERO expense to the City of Rathdrum.

As a business owner, he realistically balances city needs with financial and business planning.

His experience also includes: Rathdrum City Council member (4 years); Vice president and President of the Rathdrum Chamber of Commerce; Director of the Association of Idaho Cities; member of Lakeland School District Strategic Planning Committee; and Kootenai Metropolitan Planning Organization.

Holmes, a natural leader, needs your vote to become the next elected Kootenai County Commissioner. If you believe as we do that we need someone who will make a difference, please vote for Vic Holmes for District 3 Commissioner on May 15.
