Royal City sheriff's town hall scheduled

EPHRATA - Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones is hosting a series of town hall meetings throughout the county as part of his office's community policing outreach.

The one for Royal City is scheduled for Wednesday, June 13, from 7-9 p.m., at the Royal High School library.

All citizens are encouraged to attend to learn how to get involved in a partnership with the sheriff's office working toward safer communities in which to raise their families.

The sheriff's administrative staff will be on hand to answer questions. More town meetings are being scheduled and will be announced soon.
