Ronan picked up a doubleheader sweep of Drummond on Tuesday to improve their record to 10-3 in conference play and 12-7 overall.

The Maidens used their bats with force again, beating the Lady Trojans 16-6 and 23-3. Alaina Madsen combined to go 7-for-9 in the double header with four doubles, a triple and 11 RBIs.

Ronan jumped out to an impressive 14-0 lead through the first three innings before Drummond posted something of a comeback, but they couldn't make up enough ground to stop the 10-run rule. Samantha Colman picked up her second win as a pitcher of the season, holding the Lady Trojans to seven hits.

Lindsay Clairmont drove in three runs and Payge Delaurenti drove in two.

In the second game, Ronan got off to a big start again scoring 11 runs in the first inning and seven in the second. Madsen pitched the second game for the Maidens and picked up the win.
