OTHELLO - A two vehicle collision injured a Seattle woman on state Route 26, about a mile west of Othello.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Larry A. Myrick, 56, of Royal City, was driving north on Thacker Road at about 10 a.m. Saturday in a 1992 Grumman Long Life Vehicle, which is a vehicle commonly used by the U.S. Postal Service.
Michael Royer, 67, of Seattle, was meanwhile driving a 2011 Ford Fusion east on SR 26. Myrick reportedly crossed SR 26 and collided with Royer's car in the intersection.
Neither Myrick or Royer was injured, although Royer's passenger, Sandra D. Royer, 68, was reportedly transported with injuries to Othello Hospital.
The cause of the crash was failure to yield right of way and related charges are anticipated, according to the state patrol.
