One injured in reported DUI crash near Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE - A Lewiston, Idaho woman was injured when the vehicle she was a passenger in crashed on state Route 17, about two miles south of Moses Lake.
Alcohol or drug use was reportedly determined to be a factor in the crash, according to the Washington State Patrol.
On Friday about 10:10 p.m., Jeffery Keys, 43, of Lewiston, was driving a 2001 Jeep Cherokee north on SR 17 when the vehicle left the road and came to rest against the guardrail on the southbound shoulder, according to the state patrol.
His passenger, Sheri L. Arnold, 43, was reportedly injured and transported to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake.
The cause of the crash was DUI and related charges are anticipated, according to the state patrol.
