Harold G. Baughman, 91

Harold G. Baughman went to be with the Lord Jesus on May 15, 2012. He was born on July 21, 1920, and grew up in Ashland, Ore.

He joined the National Guard as a private and retired from the Army reserve as a Lt. Colonel serving during World War II. He worked for California-Oregon Power Company and Pacific Power and Light Company for 37 years as district manager. He enjoyed his family, the great outdoors, gardening and he was a wonderful carpenter.

As a husband, brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, he was tops and he will be greatly missed by his wife of almost 70 years, Dorothy; his three children, Joan Gabrielsen, Jean Baughman and George Baughman; his five grandchildren, Kris Lord, David Gabrielsen, Darren Gabrielsen, Giles Baughman and Nate Baughman; 10 wonderful great-grandchildren; his brother, Rolland and sister Marietta.

A private family memorial service will be held later.
