SPOKANE - Spokane receiver Adron Tennell caught 11 passes for 116 yards and five touchdowns as the Spokane Shock defeated the Philadelphia Soul 65-47 in an Arena Football League game before 9,246 at the Spokane Arena on Friday night.

Spokane (5-4) jumped out to a 21-0 lead after the first quarter as Tennell caught passes of 13, 22 and 3 yards for touchdowns from Kyle Rowley.

Rowley completed 22 passes for 227 yards for Spokane, which travels to Iowa next Friday.

Former Shock receiver Emery Sammons had 10 catches for 120 yards for Philadelphia, which falls to 7-3.
