Hang on for these tidbits

• Watch for a new bank coming to downtown Coeur d'Alene.

• Whatever happened to Wild Waters?

• Someone needs to be in charge of the trash baskets on the Citylink routes. They're overflowing.

• Style notes: Even dollars and on-the-hour times don't need zeros. It's simply $5 (not $5.00) and 5 p.m. (not 5:00 p.m.). Say/write "noon" or "midnight" 'cuz no one knows which one is a.m. or p.m. Note that these are lower case with periods.

• Abdicate should be giving up hope of having a flat stomach.
