County shop/scale house finished

EPHRATA - Grant County Solid Waste has announced the completion of its landfill shop/scale house complex in Ephrata.  

Beginning May 17, the Ephrata Landfill will be accessed from Dodson Road onto Neva Lake Road, approximately three miles south of Ephrata.  

Operating hours of the landfill are:  Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-3 p.m.. The landfill can be contacted at (509) 754-4319.

After the opening of the new complex, the present landfill access road will be closed.
