ST. IGNATIUS — Zachary Menicucci-Foster, son of Ralph (Phyllis Haynes) and the late Rebecca Menicucci-Foster, graduated from Delgado College this May with a degree in Culinary Arts Pastry Concentration and Associate of Applied Sciences.
