Student questions school practices

My name is Drevin and I am a Webelos Scout. I am writing to you because I'm trying to earn my citizenship pin. To earn my pin I have to write to you about something that concerns me. Something that concerns me is how Larson Heights Elementary makes kids 2nd grade and under stay in the cafeteria while 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders play on the playground in the morning. Kids shouldn't have to sit in the cafeteria before school starts while the other kids get to play outside.
