Myles earns two awards
Debbie Myles with Windermere/Coeur d'Alene Realty has been awarded two new designation/certifications.
She earned The Resort and Second Home Specialist Certification, joining more than 1,600 real estate professionals who have earned the RSPS certification, specializing in buying and selling second homes in a resort, recreational, and or vacation destination, for properties as an investment, development, or retirement.
She also earned the Performance Management Network designation, awarded by the Women's Council of Realtors. The Performance Management Network designation is a next generation Realtor, designed from the ground up to deliver real-world skills, know-how and tools to keep an agent's business out in front and on top of an evolving real estate market.
Windermere/Coeur d'Alene Realty hires Roberts
Windermere/Coeur d'Alene Realty has hired Alison Roberts as a sales associated in Post Falls. She has a background in marketing, advertising, and public relations experience.
"Alison enjoys helping small businesses grow by connecting them with their target customers through print and digital media," according to a press release.

Sweeney awarded
RSPS certification
Cindy Sweeney has been awarded the Resort and Second Home Specialist Certification. The RSPS Certification is a nationally-recognized certification awarded by the National Association of Realtors to real estate professionals who wish to demonstrate and promote their expertise in the resort and second home specialty.
"Realtors who receive the RSPS certification have successfully completed the Resort & Second Home Markets course along with another designation or additional advanced courses in the field of resort and second home real estate," according to a press release.
She now joins other real estate professionals who specialize in buying, selling, or managing second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development, or retirement.
Sweeney has been selling real estate in North Idaho for 20 years is an associate broker and Realtor with Lakeshore Realty.
Sappington receives
service award
Jim Sappington, operation and maintenance superintendent for East Greenacres Irrigation District in Post Falls, was presented with a 20-year service award in recognition of his "distinguished service, loyalty and devotion to the district."
