Windermere/Coeur d'Alene Realty adds new Post Falls office associate

Windermere/Coeur d'Alene Realty announced the addition of broker Alison Roberts to its Post Falls office.

Roberts has spent the past 15 years working in the advertising and public relations sector. She loves helping small business grow, by connecting them with their target customers through print and digital media. She also enjoys creating print publications, and marketing campaigns to increase awareness.

reports quarter results

Northwest Bancorporation, Inc. the bank holding company for Inland Northwest Bank, reported financial results for the quarter ended Sept. 30.

Net income for the third quarter of 2012 was $399,000, compared to a loss of $490,000 reported for the third quarter of 2011

Net income for the nine months ending Sept. 30, 2012, was $1 million, compared to a loss of $139,000 for the first nine months of 2011.

"This marks our third consecutive quarter of profitability, which is directly related to the progress we are making in reducing the level of problem loans," Randall L. Fewel, President and CEO of both the Company and the Bank said.

ING operates seven branches in Spokane County, Washington, and four branches in North Idaho.
