All state, all conference soccer players named

Three Columbia Falls girls were named to the Northern Class A girls all-state soccer team. Two boys and eight girls were named to the Northern Class A all-conference team.

Wildkats named to the all-state team included Danielle Delventhal, Kira Kamrud and Meagan Seliger. Wildkats named to the all-conference team included Delventhal, Kamrud, Seliger, Alexi Corbett, Lindsay Strouse, Kinzie Howell, Gabrielle Keller and Tavia Bechtel.

Luke Kazlauskas and Caleb Baumann were named to the all-conference team.

Whitefish Mountain Resort’s post-season uphill policy expired last week, but with significant snowfall and changing weather conditions, the resort reminds skier and hikers that avalanche hazards in the ski area’s permitted boundaries do exist.
