Margaret (Peggy) Jean Mast

On October 18, 2012 Peggy Mast a long time Warden resident passed away suddenly in Sierra Vista Arizona. Peggy was born in San Diego, California in 1936 to the late John and Fern Lorenzen.

She met her husband William in San Diego while he was serving in the Navy. They married in 1954 and soon after made their home in Warden with their three children; William Jr., Sherry and Chet.

Peggy worked many jobs in the area and retired from the USDA where she received many awards for her great service.

In 2008 Peggy and William retired to Sierra Vista where she enjoyed the weather, traveling and family.

Peggy was a loving, caring person, devoted wife, mother and friend. She was loved and will be missed by her family and her beloved dog "Nacho".

Peggy is survived by her husband William and three children and their spouses; William Jr. and Elita Mast of Warden, Sherry and Tom Cieloha of Vernonia Oregon and Chet and Diana Mast of Vancouver, Washington. Seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Two brothers, a sister and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held for the family in Warden.
