Katie Edminston of Whitefish, a member of the Flathead Nordic Backcountry Patrol, left, and Charla Tomlinson, of Banff, Alberta, begin to set up posters and equipment in preparation for the Banff Mountain Film Festival Monday at Flathead High School. The festival began Monday night and continues tonight with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. This is the 22nd year the festival has come to Kalispell. Proceeds from the event go to benefit the Flathead Nordic Backcountry Patrol.
