Katheryn Marie Harding, 88

Katheryn Marie Harding, 88, of Coeur d’Alene, passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at Kootenai Medical Center. She was born Feb. 23, 1924, in Filer to Grover and Cora Beem.
Katheryn was a hard worker and loved the time she got to spend with her families and friends. She raised two families and instilled a work ethic in each of her children. She worked for BLM in Southern Idaho for years after which moving to Burley for a couple years as her late husband, Merle, completed his master’s degree in engineering. They moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1962, where she was very active in golf and bridge.
She is survived by her two sons, Bill Shouse of Plattsburg, N.Y., and Lewis Harding of Coeur d’Alene; two daughters, Janet Roderick and Christine Harding; her sister, Margaret Ann Behrens; a few grandkids and a number of great-grandchildren.
Katheryn was preceded in death by her husband, Merle; son Frayne Robert Shouse; sister Lucille Lloyd and brother Isaac Beem.
Thank you for all the memories and love you constantly showed us, Mom. We love you and will always remember you.
