Neta Janine Clift, 40

Neta Janine Clift, 40, of Coeur d’Alene, passed into the arms of her Savior on Nov. 12, 2012.

Neta graduated from Central Valley High School in 1990. She attended North Idaho College, and graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1997. Neta received her master’s degree in special education from the University of Phoenix in 2005.

After living in Hawaii for 14 years, Neta returned to Coeur d’Alene to care for her father who is fighting an ongoing battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Neta was an Intensive Behavior Intervention Therapist at Priest River Elementary School and Priest River Lamanna High School. Neta spent her spare time coaching local youth sports teams, training for triathlons, and as an active member of Real Life Ministries.

Neta had a special place in her heart for her parents as well as her puppy BJ, and was beloved by everyone who knew her. Neta is survived by her parents, Bill and Sylvia Clift; brother Darren; as well as an extended family and many friends who will miss her dearly.

A celebration of Neta’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at Real Life Ministries, 610 N. Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene.

In lieu of flowers, a Neta Clift Memorial Fund has been set up at Numerica Credit Union, 465 W. Bosanko Ave., Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815.
