Small but bold, Mojo’s Coffee can’t be missed on the south end of town. The bright green and black coffee stand opened in June.

As for the bright colors, Sarah Henslee said, “We wanted to make it stand out.”

Sarah Henslee operates the coffee stand her brother, Wyatt Henslee, owns.

“My brother thought is was a good idea,” says Sarah Henslee. Wyatt Henslee purchased the coffee stand located at Three-Mile corner this summer. He works in the oil fields near Williston, N.D.

Mojo’s Coffee, named after Wyatt’s nickname, offers espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, chai teas and Italian sodas. Henslee also sells her mom’s breakfast burritos that are made at Far-North Deli.

Henslee has bi-weekly specials and will take call-ahead orders at 610-3427.

Mojo’s Coffee is located between Alpine Cleaners and Sugarplum Floral and is open 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.
