Monday
11:30 a.m.: Damages of $50 were reportedly done to the gate of a fenced yard area at a business located in the 16000 block of North Vernon J. Baker Blvd. near Rathdrum. Copper wire valued at $12,000 was reported stolen from two asphalt tank trailers on the property.
LAWSUIT
Allied Bail Bonds v. Ian E. Strait, seeking judgment of $3,000.

Matthew T. Rhoden, 19, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, $600 in fines and nine months probation for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
