Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Karl Rangikawhiti Leonard, of New Zealand, speaks to hundreds of elementary school students about Maori culture and history on Thursday, November 29, at Flathead Valley Community College in Kalispell. Participating  schools included Russell Elementary, Edgerton, Glacier Gateway, and Cayuse Prairie. Leonard will be giving a free, open-to-the-public lecture/performance on Maori dance on Tuesday, December 11, in the large community meeting room of the Arts and Technology Building at FVCC.
