Film project fundraiser to be held Saturday

COEUR d'ALENE - A fundraiser for a film project is scheduled 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Kroc Center.

Stephen Byrun of Coeur d'Alene will be presenting a teaser of his new Fearless Productions development.

Several members of the cast and crew will also be on hand to visit with guests. There will also be a chance to listen to samples of the soundtrack. Donations will be accepted at the end of the evening.

The goal is to attract 100 to 150 people and raise $50,000 so filming can begin next summer.

According to a press release, the "Equation" movie is described this way:

"Accepted as the inevitable, Mankind is marked. The young prodigy fashion designer for 'Eden inc.,' Marcus Gervelle, has encountered something that few have ever seen ... A man with a zero. Even at the top of the world, an increasing number continues to haunt his coveted life. In pursuit of the answers to his lifelong question, he is faced with the reality that threatens everything he has ever known ... the Equation."
