MOSES LAKE - One man, identified as 29-year-old Andrew Davies of Moses Lake, died as a result of a car-truck head on collision on Stratford Road NE, north of Road 10 NE at around 1 p.m. on Oct. 4.

Davies' vehicle was traveling southbound on Stratford Road approximately four-tenths of a mile north of Road 10 NE. Investigators determined that Davies crossed the center line into the path of a 2009 Kenworth tractor with a set of double trailers.

The truck was driven by 48-year-old Chris Oleary, a Moses Lake resident. He escaped serious injury. Davies was declared deceased at the scene.

The investigation into the cause of the collision continued on Friday.
