CMR throttles Flathead

GREAT FALLS — Things started off bad for Flathead in its football game at Great Falls C.M. Russell on Friday, and only got worse, as the Braves lost 55-0.
Flathead lost a fumble on its first play from scrimmage and just 14 seconds into the ball game found itself down 7-0.
It didn’t get much better, as the Braves were unable to put the brakes on the Rustlers run game. CMR (7-2) ran for 508 yards on 54 attempts, putting up 650 yards in total offense.
Austin Root ran for 58 yards for the Braves. Matt Tokarz was 3 for 16 for 19 yards in the air.
Flathead (0-9) closes out the season hosting Missoula Hellgate (1-8) for senior night.
