Moses Lake man arrested after standoff

MOSES LAKE — Kasey Hardy, 30, of Moses Lake was jailed Monday morning after barricading himself in a shed on Lybbert Drive, according to Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones.

Hardy was arrested on suspicion of threatening to bomb or injure property, domestic violence, stalking, stalking electronically and telephone harassment.
