Scarywood still screaming

You screamed, Scarywood heard.
Due to popular demand, Scarywood Haunted Nights will extend its season and remain open Friday and Saturday nights Nov. 2 and 3. It had been scheduled to close the day after Halloween on Oct. 31.
Silverwood Theme Park's transformation into a fright night fest has attracted around 34,000 guests since it opened earlier this month.
Scarywood boasts four bone-chilling haunts as well as scare zones scattered throughout the park with creatures and ghouls concealed in fog, strategically placed to keep guests on the edge of panic and fright.
In addition, Silverwood's most popular summer rides will be open, including the Timber Terror Roller Coaster that will be running backward.
By the way, the zombies, scarecrows and clowns at Scarywood aren't just there to frighten folks. They're also raising money for local food banks. So far, Scarywood has raised about $30,000 that will be distributed to Second Harvest, Post Falls Food Bank, and the Community Action Partnership in Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint.
October prices for Scarywood vary based on the day you attend.
