Lillie Louise Stacy, daughter of Helen Midgley and Dennis Stacy of Libby, was born Oct. 11 at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital.
Lillie was born at 10:27 a.m. She weighed 9-pounds, 4-ounces and was 22-inches long.
