Tracy J. Hedge, 51, passed away Sept. 12, 2012, at the Spokane Valley Hospital due to surgery complications.

Tracy was born May 16, 1961, in Coeur d’Alene to Kay J. (Hedge) Brockley and Edward Hedge.

She was raised in Coeur d’Alene where she attended Coeur d’Alene High School and graduated in 1980. She was a member of the cheerleading team and participated in Track and Field.

Tracy had two children with Gary W. Thomas; son Mikel Thomas born in 1986, and daughter Jamie K. Hedge born in 1989.

Tracy worked in radiology and enjoyed working in the food industry. She also enjoyed cooking and baking, riding mountain bikes, swimming, writing and spending time with her loved ones.

Our loving mother is survived by her son, Mikel Thomas; daughter Jamie Hedge; father Edward Hedge; brother Todd Hedge; sister Dawn Collins and husband Kurt Lundblad; four nephews, Corey, Cole, Jake and Brody; and two nieces, Kelly and Kaylin.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Kay Brockley.

Memorial graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at the Riverview Cemetery, corner of Lincoln Way and Harrison Avenue in Coeur d’Alene. A reception will follow the service at Dawn and Kurt Lundblad’s residence, 2823 E. Harrison Ave., Coeur d’Alene.
