3:24 p.m.: Damages of $2,200 were reportedly done to the engine of a 1999 Honda Civic parked at a residence in the 6100 block of West Carlton Street near Spirit Lake.

Nathan A. Littlejohn, 28, Spokane Valley: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, work release, $250 in fines, $300 restitution and two years probation for invalid driver's license and inattentive driving.

James B. Bowen, 31, Askov, Minn.: One year determinate penitentiary time and one year indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $2,995.50, $2,600 restitution, 100 hours community service and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Justin C. Paul, 29, Hauser Lake: 60 days in jail, two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $635.50 in fines, 400 hours community service and seven years probation for grand theft and forgery.

Daniel C. Matthews, 21, Rathdrum: 45 days in jail, two years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $345.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and three years probation for aggravated assault and manufacturing a controlled substance.

Piper D. Wimmer, 29, Coeur d'Alene: 10 days in jail with work release and $300 in fines for driving without privileges.
